NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH DISMEMBER THE ALAMO This weird year has meant putting a temporary hold on our annual Dismember the Alamo mystery movie marathon, but it can’t stop us from doing the next best thing — DismemberING the Alamo! This 2020 edition of our long-running horror tradition is safely distanced – not just in the theater, but throughout the month of October and also on AOD.
Here’s how it works. Each weekend during this greatest month of any given year, we’ll feature a different surprise film that won’t be revealed until just before showtime. Two of these events will take place concurrently with theater screenings as online watch parties. We’re encouraging everyone to come dressed to the nines in their finest costumes, so you can fully (and safely) enjoy the surprises, wild curated pre-shows, and FUN we have in store at your favorite Alamo Drafthouse themed living room.
This event is an encore screening of the in-theater Dismembering the Alamo event from Saturday, October 24th. As that event has already happened, if you absolutely HAVE to spoil the surprise, click here and find out what the movie is. You will get an email before the show inviting you to Our Virtual Alamo Drafthouse Theater Doors open at 7:15 pm CT on 11.1.2020. Show starts at 7:30 pm CT. Click “Join Party” to jump into the theater.
