1922 silent German Expressionist horror film is the unofficial adaptation of Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel Dracula. The original, released in Germany and directed by F. W. Murnau, is now presented by GroundUp Music and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema with a new score by Bob Lanzetti. The film stars Max Schreck as Count Orlok, a vampire with an interest in both a new residence and the wife (Greta Schröder) of his estate agent (Gustav von Wangenheim).
