Out of Tune
A celebrity financier ends up in prison and hides out from inmates seeking revenge by joining the prison choir.
“A cleverly executed, perfectly performed Danish dramedy.” - Variety
OUT OF TUNE follows a celebrity financier who ends up in prison. After being assaulted by a gang of biker inmates, he opts for voluntary solitary confinement. During this time he joins the choir, but quickly falls back into his cutthroat financial strategist persona, and the position of leader of the choir must be attained regardless of who he needs to step on and what collateral damage happens along the way.
OUT OF TUNE is the very definition of that hard-to-define but distinctly Danish comic sensibility: dry, slightly absurd, wickedly smart and superbly crafted.
