The Color Out of Space
A stylish German adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's dark sci-fi classic.
Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis’ father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. Jonathan sets out to find him and bring him home, but deep in the woods he discovers a dark mystery from the past. Based on H.P. Lovecraft’s short novel of the same name.
NOTE: This is not the 2019 Richard Stanley/Nicholas Cage film of the same name.
“One of the best and most ambitious Lovecraft adaptations ever made” — Twitch Film
“Filled with cosmic dread and atmosphere that turns Lovecraft’s best story into a cinematic event that will make you fearfully whisper … is it over?” — Andrew Migliore, Founder H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival
